Where are you from originally, and how long have you lived in town? I am from Farmington, Connecticut and I have lived in Bethany for 22 years.
Child(ren) and Age(s)? I have four daughters. Mackenzie is 20, Lily is 17, Grace is 15, and Ava is 12.
One thing people would be surprised to learn about you…I crushed my hand at a gym and am missing a finger. if that is too morbid…I can do pretty good impressions and I tend to make people pee their pants.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood? 100% my mother.
Favorite thing to do with your kids? Nantucket, Disney, and hibachi. Snuggling and watching movies.
Are you involved in a business venture, a local organization, a creative endeavor, or in the corporate world? Please share! I have owned Glamspa in Orange for over 30 years. GLAM stands for my four daughters Grace, Lily, Ava, and Mackenzie. I have developed my own product line and soon will be bringing it to the masses. My spa donates to the Jamie Hulley Foundation for the Arts, Days for Girls, and various other causes.
How has the community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now? This community is wonderful and extremely supportive. Though my spa’s mission is to ultimately help people look better, feel better, and live better; we would not be here without their support. My clients are wonderful and many of them are like family.
